1. Father of the bride (or other friend or relative) speaks and proposes the health of the bride and groom.
2. Groom replies, and proposes health of bridesmaids/attendants. Thanks people.
3. Best man replies on behalf of attendants, tells a few stories about the groom.
4. Optional. Anyone else.
Cake is officially cut before first speech, cut up during speeches, and handed around afterwards.
All this is usual custom, not mandatory.
